The GSI Appointment Booking calendar has been built to let you set up a client bookings system in real time and to automate the whole process of bookings for one or multiple staff and to accept online payments, generate invoices and to manage appointments and update your calendar at any time. 

Book  appointments with specific staff

In your simple and intuitive back-office admin area, you can assign specific services to individual or multiple staff, thus allowing your clients book their appointments with their preferred staff member.

Manage the business diary

Manage your business diary and the individual staff appointments calendars from a central back-office screen. Manully add or edit appointments and set the business hours, add / edit staff profiles and their images as well as their individual login details and individual appointment schedules.

Mobile friendly responsive design

The Appointment Calendar front-end is a mobile friendly responsive design which allows appointments to be boked on any device or screen size, PC, laptop, tablet or phone. 

 

Change the front-end layout

In the back-office admin area, you can choose which of two layouts to display to your clients simply by selecting from a dropdown. Whichever is selected, the front-end change is visible instantly. You can, of course, switch between layouts at any time. 

 

Email appointment notifications

Never forget an appointment! Every time a new appointment is made, all back-office admin users receive an email confirming the booking details. In the back-office admin area, you can set the email addresses for all staff and you have a record of all your clients' contact details too. 

Confirmation and reminders

The Appointment booking calendar allows you to set up customised  notifications for bookings and payments for your clients and for staff. You can personalise the text to whatever you wish and send notifications by email or SMS.

Generate invoices

The Appointment Booking will, if you wish, automatically generate and invoice for eahc booking made. In your back-office admin area, you can configure the invoice and create an invoice template containing your logo and business information. 

Back up the database

Make sure you never lose any information by backing up your database regularly. Simply log into your back-office admin, hit the Backup tab and back everything up in one click. 

Generate reports

The Appointment Booking Calendar software allows you to generate detailed reports showing, for example, the most booked services, appointments per staff member, confirmed or cancelled appointments, all within date ranges set by you. Reports are delivered in coloured chart form for easy visualisation to be understood at a glance. 

Translate the Appointments Booking Calendar

The Appointments Booking calendar has an integrated Language module which allows you to edit all system messages and front-end language. You can translate default headings and system instructions and easily translate the entire system into the language of your choice.

Accept payment online

The GSI Appointments Booking System automates the booking process and allows you to take deposit payments for each booking. Confirmation is automatically generated to the user's email address. You can easily enable online payments in your admin area by selecting a checkbox and selecting the applicable services. By default, Paypal is already integrated and there's a bank transfer option too. If you need a different payment gateway, we can integrate that for you. 

 

Customize your Booking form

Take whatever information you need from your clients who book appointments. Using a simple selection of dropdown options, you can customise your booking form for your Calendar. You can set specific form fields / questions as mandatory and others as optional.
