It crawls every website, every public forum, all national and local trade and services directory sites such as iTouch, review sites like Yelp, Google+, Fyple, Bing Local as well as Googlemaps and all the major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

Any instance of your business, brand or name will be extracted in context and stored in our database. A full analysis is then compiled based on the good, bad or indifferent context in which your business has been discussed, reviewed or even mentioned in passing. Nothing is ignored. These extracts are broken down into 'sentiment' categories in order to identify which specific areas are negative and need dealing with and which are positive so that we can plan a strategy on the back of the good in order to mitigate and fix the bad. And, of course, there will be areas of mixed or indifferent 'sentiment' and these will need to be enhanced too.
